Professional terms

Terms applicable to professionals offering their activities on Peaked: account validation, commission, payouts, and insurance and qualification requirements.

Cancellation by the customer

All activities published on Peaked follow the same cancellation policy: the customer is refunded if they cancel at least 48 hours before the activity starts; after that point, the booking remains payable and the professional receives their payout.

Payouts

The payout for a booking is made 7 days after the end of the activity, less the Peaked commission and, where applicable, any cancellation fees due. During this period, the customer may report a problem: the payout is then suspended until Peaked has made a decision.

Document to be completed by the Peaked team from the administration area (Contenus › Documents légaux section). Each change creates a new dated version, with its effective date.
