What Peaked stores on your device
Peaked only uses cookies that are essential for the site to work. They are not used for advertising or to track you on other sites, so they don't require your consent.
| Name | What it is for | Duration |
|---|---|---|
| pk_at | Keeping you logged in during your visit | 15 minutes, renewed for as long as you keep browsing |
| pk_rt | Staying logged in from one visit to the next (if you choose this) | 30 days |
| pk_google_state | Securing your login with Google | 10 minutes |
| pk_consent | Remembering your choice about audience measurement | 6 months |
| pk_lang | Remembering the language in which you view the site | 1 year |
| pk_announce_dismissed | No longer showing an information message that you have closed | 7 days |
| pk_astuce_delai | No longer showing a tip in the professional area that you have closed | 1 year |
Two other pieces of information are also kept in your browser, without being cookies: your favourites while you are not logged in, so that you can find them again on your next visit, and your refusal of audience measurement if you have opted out. They stay on your device, and you can delete them by clearing the site's data in your browser.
Audience measurement
We measure how the site is used with Umami, a cookie-free tool: it counts visits and pages viewed anonymously, without tracking you from one site to another. These statistics are used only to improve Peaked. You can opt out of this measurement at any time using the "Gérer mes cookies" link at the bottom of every page.
Payment
When you pay, Stripe, our payment provider, may set its own cookies, which are necessary for the security of the transaction and for fraud prevention (in particular __stripe_mid, kept for 1 year, and __stripe_sid, kept for 30 minutes). They are only set on the payment page.
