Content reporting policy
Version 1 · in force since 14 October 2026
This document is currently available in French only. The French version is the only legally binding one.
Reporting content
If a professional's listing, an activity, a review or a message seems unlawful, misleading or in breach of our rules, use the "Report" button next to that content. Anyone can use it without an account (for a message, only the participants in the conversation can).
What a report contains
The content concerned (identified automatically), the reason, an explanation of a few sentences, your name and email address, and a declaration that you are making your report in good faith and that the information you have given is accurate.
How reports are handled
You will receive an acknowledgement of receipt by email, with a reference number. The Peaked team examines each report carefully and objectively, then informs you by email of its decision and the reasons for it: content removed or modified, account suspended, or report closed without further action. Where action is taken, the author of the content is informed of it, along with the reasons for the decision.
Challenging a decision
Both the person who made the report and the author of the content can challenge the decision by replying to the email they received or by using the contact form, and the decision will then be reviewed. They can also turn to a certified out-of-court dispute settlement body, or bring the matter before the competent courts.
Misuse
Where reports are manifestly unfounded and repeated, we may, after a warning, suspend the processing of further reports from the person concerned.
